1. TA Screen
A conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to align on the role, your career goals and the Oviva mission. This is your chance to ask early questions and start getting a feel for us.

2. Function Screen
A focused session with the hiring team exploring your role-specific expertise and how you’d approach the core work of the position. Come with questions of your own, this is very much a two-way conversation.

3. Panel Interviews
A small series of conversations tailored to the role, covering the areas that matter most for success in the position, from problem-solving to collaboration to leadership. This always includes a conversation about our culture and values, exploring how you’d deliver excellence and contribute to our team. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through exactly what to expect.
For some specific roles, and for all executive roles, we also run an Executive Wrap-up interview as a final step.
