Diabetes Support stories

I’m really glad I had the opportunity to have an Oviva coach and app, and wouldn’t have become so much healthier without you."

Fran, Devon

I still eat all our usual Asian foods, but I've learnt how to eat, how to manage my health. There's no salad here.

Mr D, Buckinghamshire

By adopting an exercise regime and healthy eating, my general health has improved dramatically. The programme has helped me with all aspects of my life.

Steve, West Midlands

I was given ideas of what I could do to change and also what I could substitute where things weren’t so good. If I had any questions I could just ask on the app – any time of day.

Florence, London

She pitched the programme at a level I could understand. The language she used was understandable, despite dealing with a complicated topic.

John, Buckinghamshire

I would advise anyone to take this opportunity... you will not be nagged, it is not intrusive and you will always be called or messaged at the agreed time!

Wendy, Buckinghamshire
