Patient Pathway Coordinator 

We are hiring a full-time Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our London team. The Patient Pathway Coordinator will be the first point of contact for people referred to our clinical programmes, including diabetes, weight management and allergy.

The successful candidate will have an interest in health and nutrition, as well as having previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills. They will benefit from joining an innovative and supportive team in central London, committed to enhancing the overall patient experience of care and delivering better outcomes.

Digital Health Data and Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our fast growing team in Central London. Digital Health Operations Manager

To further scale our existing UK business, we are looking for highly motivated, organised and efficient Operations Managers (one London based and one based in the North of England – location flexible).

You will be a critical member of the operations team, leading the mobilisation, operations and KPI performance of our NHS contracts. You will be highly organised and adept at devising and implementing future proofed efficient processes that keep the patient at the heart of what we do. You will be confident using data to improve KPI performance across multiple contracts simultaneously.
