How to join

We’ll help nurture your relationship with your health.

In this programme, you will be supported by your own team of healthcare experts to better manage your health, lose weight, become more active and to build new habits to help you lead a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Your care

Your appointments will happen over the phone or via private messaging in the Oviva app, which only your coach can see.

Ask as many questions as you like when they come to mind, and your coach will check in at regular intervals.

Use the Oviva app to track your weight, food, activity, mood, blood glucose and blood pressure. This will be shared with your coach so they can give you truly tailored advice.

New resources in Oviva Learn are unlocked weekly. The videos, podcasts, recipes, quizzes are all produced by our specialist dietitians and psychologists, and will support you to create new healthy habits for both your body and mind.

We are available all over the UK, so speak to your GP practice to see if you can be referred to Oviva Way to Wellness. Please note the programme may vary in different NHS regions.

If you are registered with a GP practice in one of the areas listed above, please complete the form below and one of the Oviva team will call you to organise your first phone appointment!

    If you do not have some of the required information we need to sign you up for the Way to Wellness programme, you will not be able to submit this form. Please contact your GP Practice to provide you with any missing information in order for you to submit the form.

    To be eligible, you need to have a BMI of 40 or over without any other health conditions. If you have a BMI under 40, you may still be eligible to join if either of the following apply:
    Have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 35 or over and you have a long term health condition such as diabetes.
    OR a BMI of 33 or over if South Asian descent such as Bangladeshi, Indian or Pakistani and you have a long term health condition such as diabetes.

    If you’re unsure of your BMI, you can check it using the NHS BMI caluclator.
